IT Jobs Inc works with valid U.S. corporate entities on a corporation to corporation basis. We will pay a corporate entity for every hour an employee of that corporation works at our client site. There are no benefits associated with this arrangement since the liability of the contractor is the responsibility of the corporate employer and not us. The corporation who supplies the candidate controls the candidates day to day job performance. In order to qualify and engage in Corp-to-Corp assignments, as a corporation the corporation must provide articles of incorporation verifying the status of the corporation, provide evidence of liability insurance, provide proof of workers comp insurance and provide documentation relative to any employees who will be working at our client sites.
W2 contract engagements are hourly employees of IT Jobs Inc and contractors are paid for every hour worked. Contractor have the option of having their check mailed to him/her or using a direct deposit option on a biweekly and monthly basis. There are limited health benefits associated with this arrangement.
Contract to hire positions are really in the best interest of both candidate and the client. The candidate presented by IT Jobs Inc must present themselves in the most positive & productive way possible and demonstrate skills to the client to ensure they secure the future potential full time opening. Once client is ready to permanently hire the contractor, IT Jobs Inc will initiate essential paperwork to complete the conversion process. Until the conversion process happens the candidate will be treated as a contractor and paid hourly.
