We do everything we can to find the right candidate for the position. Then the candidates are shortlisted and extensively interviewed in non-technical & technical areas of the job requirement. When the candidate is selected by the client, we complete thorough background checks and we sign contractual agreements with both parties. Last step in the process is to set a start date of the project. Then we clarify time sheet reporting requirements for the contractor and make essential arrangements for billing and invoicing to the clients.
