IT Training is an internal terminology used by IT Jobs Inc that can be interpreted as on the job training for new graduates, new hires or bench employees who are getting ready for their next project. Our IT Training curriculum has been designed to refresh IT fundamental knowledge in key software skills, design concepts, services and emerging technologies that are necessary for each employee to learn so that they can effectively perform his or her job at the client site.
As part of the IT Training, IT Jobs Inc encourages each employees to participate in professional webinars hosted by 'The American Institute of Architects (AIAKnowledgeNet), Project Management Institute (PMI), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or several other software specific developer community webinars and forums etc to learn and improve their skills and assist clients in adapting new skills, concepts, equipment and give expert advice on challenging business problems.
Our IT Training also consists of employee development programs that requires a mentor (a person who has been on a project) to educate mentored employee (a person who are either new hires or a person who came from a different project). By doing so we will also make sure that all entities who are part of our organization are constantly contributing and helping each other grow by sharing their valuable experience, knowledge and skills.
